What is Compostable Packaging?
Compostable testing, whether Commercial or Home comprises 4 different tests within either ASTM D6400, or D6868: Disintegration, Biodegradation, Heavy Metals and Ecotoxicity. Many of our film structures are Third-party BPI Certified Compostable, meaning not only have they passed stringent testing, they are held to BPIs additional standards and do not contain PFAS, BPA or other harmful chemicals.
